OCTIME was the first actor to understand the impact of the Aubry law on human resources management. Annualization of new concepts, modulation, RTT, ... had two immediate consequences:-The forward planning becomes an issue: in a set of clear, coherent planning ensures the optimization of payroll, the service quality and equity between employees or agents. -Time management becomes more complex: the counting time and attendance and absence must comply with both the regulatory framework with its new legal requirements and local agreements.
